When you upload a PDF or image to our tools, the file is read directly by your browser's built-in APIs (such as the File API, Canvas API, and pdf-lib). The file bytes never travel over the internet to any server we own or operate. This means:

  • We cannot see your files.
  • We cannot store your files.
  • We cannot share your files with third parties.
  • Your confidential documents (contracts, medical records, payslips, etc.) are completely safe.

3. What Information We Do Collect

While your files are never collected, we do collect some standard, anonymous usage data to operate the website:

  • Analytics: We may use standard web analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how many people visit the site, which tools are most popular, and what countries visitors come from. This data is fully anonymised and does not identify individual users.
  • Server Logs: Our web host may automatically log your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These logs are standard for all websites and are used solely for security and performance monitoring.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies to keep the site functional. We may also use advertising cookies if advertisements are displayed on the site (see Section 5).
